On Thursday, 30th July 2026, Trigger Parametric in collaboration with ARB Indonesia conducted a full day Parametric Solutions Seminar for Indonesia Re. The event was attended by more than 60 participants from their underwriting, claims and actuarial divisions. Bapak Delil Khairat (Technical Director) officially opened the Seminar and highlighted that Parametric Solutions is one of the initiatives that align with Indonesia Re’s objective to grow in the future.
The agenda of the Seminar was divided into two sessions; the first session was to understand the concept of Parametric Solutions, and the second session was to expand on the type of risks and Parametric Solutions examples that have been implemented in other Asian countries.
The Seminar was very interactive with a lot of questions raised by participants during the sessions, for example on how Parametric Solutions can complement traditional insurance protection and how to introduce Parametric Solutions to their clients.
